This first study prepared for Nidakule Ataşehir West consists of two towers and a podium under 1000 sqm and of which core areas lean against the building facades to maximize office use. Each part is aimed to be leased or sold as a whole or to different users. The terrace garden located between two towers offers users relaxation and offices overlook this green terrace. To make maximum use of daylight on the podium levels, an atrium in the central area and an inner garden opening to this atrium are designed.
